Yoga for Rehab: Helping those who are recovering from an injury to restore their mobility and flexibility through supportive, restorative poses. With longer holds with a focus on breath work, active and assisted stretches. Includes take home instruction to continue your rehab between sessions.

Postural Yoga;Great for those who sit at a desk all day! A dynamic flowing practice to work through tight areas in the body.Learning to use props and foam rollers combined with light core exercises. Includes a postural assessment and goal setting.
